CrossFit Myo was very beneficial in getting me ready for my 2013 baseball season. The workouts they designed for me were some of the best I have had in my seven year professional baseball career. The head trainers took time to customize my workouts and translate them into pitching movements, which has never been done for me before. Other places I have gone have been very repetitive in their workouts, and every time I came to CrossFit Myo it was something new and exciting.
