Eric's passion for athletics and fitness started in high school. He excelled in baseball at Leland High School and Santa Clara University. After completing his degree in Communication, he was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers and spent 3 years playing professionally.

Eric has 15 years of experience with Health & Fitness, coaching, and training. He has developed a true passion for helping others reach their fitness goals. He enjoys the challenge of exercise and has been training with the CrossFit method since 2009. As a coach and former professional baseball player Eric understands the dramatic effect proper training can have for athletes looking to improve.

Coach Blane has 18 years of training and weightlifting experience, he has always possessed a strong interest in Exercise Science both as an athlete and an instructor. Over the years Coach Blane has worked with thousands of people from various experience levels to successfully help educate and improve their approach to fitness. He oversees Myo’s Weightlifting Class, manages the Barbell club, conducts 1-on-1 personal training sessions, and is passionate about helping his clients get results. Coach Blane has held several positions during his time in the fitness industry, acquiring unique professional experience at each. From personal trainer, to assistant manager as a lead trainer, and department head as Director of Fitness. He applies his skills and expertise now as Owner, Trainer, and Coach for CrossFit Myo.

Taylor Foos Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach

Taylor has been involved in sports and fitness his entire life. As a student-athlete at Leland High School and through college, Taylor's passion for sports and instruction led him into coaching. As a coach, he has been able to help hundreds of youth athletes excel at their sport. Taylor has 10+ years of experience training athletes with a strong focus in competitive and team sports.

Taylor has been training with the CrossFit method since 2010, and loves the challenging nature of the workouts. He has participated in multiple CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting and Obstacle Course competitions and strives to stay active, using his training as a way to conquer physical and mental obstacles.

He holds certificates in the following; CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Weightlifting Level 1, CrossFit Weightlifting Level 2, CrossFit Scaling, and USAW Level 1
