Technique, Consistency, Intensity

At Myo we believe in developing athletes of all levels. Whether you’re an experienced CrossFitter or just starting out, our program will focus on mastering the basic technical components to establish a strong foundation and movement proficiency. Through instruction and repetition, individuals will learn ‘by doing’ to promote consistency with the CF movements. With practice athletes will learn about range of motion, proper lifting positions, nutrition, and conditioning.

This will provide a platform from which intensity can be achieved enabling participants to see real results, measurable and visible. CrossFit Myo’s programming is designed to produce improvements in the 10 domains of fitness:

By improving in these areas we can positively affect our health to feel and look better. Working from simple to complex and the use of scaling allows anyone to benefit from our program starting the first day. Through education and hard work we can increase the quality of our lives.

Providing high level coaching is a pivotal part of our method. With 1-2 instructors per class we guarantee you will get the help and instruction necessary to advance. Our WOD (Workout of the Day) schedule is programmed to ensure balance between body weight training, weight lifting, and endurance training. There will be time delegated to lifting heavy, technical practice, skill acquisition, and flexibility. Every step of the way our coaches will be there to answer questions and keep members motivated.
